Our Story
Cat Holt (née Kolodij) and Dino Cattaneo met in 2012 at a cutting-edge digital agency in Boston, MA. With shared values—strong family roots, creative ambition, and a passion for both music and business—they quickly recognized a unique synergy. During the brief time they both were at the agency, they often joked that if they weren’t “married” to a business in ten years, they’d start one together.
It didn’t take ten. In September 2021, they launched Coologee—a brand and business consultancy built on the belief that brand is not a department, but a driver of growth, culture, and transformation.

Cat Holt is the architect behind one of the most enduring and beloved campaigns in insurance history — Dr. Rick for Progressive Insurance. With a rare blend of strategic rigor and creative soul, Cat has helped legacy brands evolve, challenger brands emerge, and leadership teams navigate the unknown. Today, as CEO of Coologee, Inc., she brings that same clarity and courage to companies facing transformation, uncertainty, or opportunity.

Dino Cattaneo
Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Dino is a seasoned executive with three decades of experience in leadership development, marketing, and services. He has been a C-level officer in a PE owned company, led 2 industry verticals and the account management function in agency and started his career in investment banking. He is a business strategist with deep execution expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, and executive development. He brings clarity, candor and a deep understanding of how to align the brand with business outcomes.

Kevin Donahue
Senior Managing Director, Business & Corporate Communications Group
Kevin is a senior advisor to boards and executive teams, with over 30 years of experience guiding organizations through high-stakes moments and brand-defining events. He leads Coologee’s Business & Corporate Communications group, delivering strategic counsel across crisis preparedness & response, reputation management, M&A, exec coaching, and public affairs.
